Goods purchased at the online store www.zevrotech.lv can be returned within 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods, in accordance with the provisions of the "Distance Contract Regulations" point 19 of the Republic of Latvia Ministry of Culture. However, it should be noted that Article 12, paragraph eleven of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Latvia states: “The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods if the goods have been used for a purpose other than determining the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.”
Therefore, please note that within the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to use the goods only to the extent necessary to inspect the goods (to the same extent as it could be done before purchasing the goods in a regular store). During the withdrawal period, the consumer is responsible for the use of the goods, which exceeds the purpose of inspecting the goods and is incompatible with the principles of good faith, as well as for the decrease in the value, quality, and safety of the goods.
Therefore, SIA Smalora reserves the right to bring civil claims against the consumer in court to recover damages related to the decrease in the value, quality, and safety of the goods, including cases where the goods are not returned in their original packaging, signs of careless use are evident, such as scratches and similar defects. In cases where the goods can only be inspected by tearing or otherwise damaging the original packaging, damage to the packaging is not a basis for bringing a civil claim against the consumer. In such cases, please ask the consumer to keep the packaging and return it with the goods, as the serial number of the goods is indicated on the packaging. To ensure the fastest possible use of withdrawal rights, please open the packaging of such goods as carefully as possible.

For a refund, please fill out the withdrawal form in writing and deliver it to the service provider personally or by mail.
In case of exercising withdrawal rights, the amount paid for the goods will be refunded to the specified bank account no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification "On the exercise of withdrawal rights".
The returnable goods must be returned to the Smalora store without delay and no later than 14 days from the notification of the decision to withdraw from the distance contract.
The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the exercise of withdrawal rights (including keeping the packaging complete and intact).
The returned goods must be in a complete set (including all accessories that were in the package - cables, etc.). If the goods were purchased during a promotion together with another accompanying product, then the full set must be returned (i.e., all goods).
